A&DD and CT&D faculty and students have been honored with two 2020 UCDA Design Awards in the categories of branding and poster design, as well as one honorable mention in motion graphics.
The UCDA Design Awards recognizes the best of the exceptional design and creative work done by communication professionals to promote educational institutions (secondary, vocational, or higher education) and supports the exchange of ideas and information relating to the unique role of these creatives. Out of 823 entries, only 7 Gold Awards, 14 Silver Awards, and 160 Awards of Excellence were awarded this year to some of the most prestigious art schools including Maryland Institute College of Art, ArtCenter College of Design, and California Institute of the Arts. The award-winning designs will be recognized and exhibited at the upcoming UCDA Design Conference.
